I can't log in?

This e-learning uses your name that's logged in the payroll system. If your called Steve, try entering Steven. If you're married, does the company still have your maiden name? All names must be entered exactly. Please enter 'Barker Ross' into the company name field. The system uses your unique Employee ID and this must be entered exactly. For technical help please contact us via the contact tab on the left in the help menu. If you are unsure about any of this please contact your administrator who will look into this for you.

There's no sound?

The PC you are using may not have a sound card. You may need to use a laptop or different PC, or try plugging in a pair of headphones. Due to the training being fully narrated (including the videos), sound will be required to successfully complete this training.
